For information, contact the Public Water Supply Section, (919) <br />733 -2321, <br />❑ This project will be classified as a non- oommunity public water supply and must comply <br />with state and federal drinking walar monitoring requirements. For more Information the <br />applicant should contact the Public Water Supply Section, (919) 733 -2321. <br />❑ If this project is constructed as proposed, we will recommend closure or feet or <br />adjacent waters to the harvest of sheANsh. For Information regarding the shellfish <br />sanitation program, the applicant should contact the Shellfish Sanitation Section at (252) <br />726 -6827. <br />❑ The soil disposal area(s) proposed for this project may produce a mosquito breeding <br />problem. For information concerning appropriate mosquito control measures, the <br />applicant should contact the Public Health Pest Management section at (919) 7334MO7. <br />❑ The applicant should be advised that prior to the removal or demolition of dilapidated <br />structures, an extensive rodent control program may be necessary in order to prevent the <br />migration of the rodent9 to adjacent areas. For information concerning rodent control, <br />contact the local health department or the Public Health Pest Management Section at <br />(919) 733-8407. <br />❑ The applicant should be advised to contact the local health department regarding their <br />requirements for septic tank installations (as required under 15A NCAC 1IA. 1900 et <br />sop.).
