According to Exhibit 1-1 in the EA, this portions of this tract will be a proposed soccer park, as <br />opposed to a "nature preserve" type of park. <br />There are several natural areas and conservation areas, owned by Duke University, about 0.3 to 0.4 mile <br />west of the project site, as shown on Exhibit 14. of the EA..
