Agenda Item 16: Re ort from Count Attorne Re ardin OWASA The Board postponed action on a petition of OWASA for legislation that would extend to them special assessment powers and execution of a proposed administrative agreement between OWASA, Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Orange County until the March 26th meeting. Agenda Item 17: Minutes The Clerk announced Alamance County, Carrboro, Chatham County, Caswell County, Hillsborough and Mebane would like to participate in exchanging minutes of their boards. Agenda Item 18: Char a for Water Resources Plannin an Protection Tas Force Commissioner FJillfiait submitted a proposed charge fior the Water Resources Planning and Protection Task Force, to which Commissioner Gustaveson made some additions. Agenda Item 19: Announcements The Chairman announced the Board of Commissioners would meet with the OWASA Board of Trustees at 12:00 noon, on March 21st, in the Board Room, of the Carrboro Town Hall. . The Chairman announced the Board of Commissioners would meet with the Chapel Hill Board of Aldermen, on March 27th, at 7:30 p.m., in the Board Room, of the Chapel Hill Municipal Building. The Chairman announced Orange Industries would hold an open house on March 25th, from 2:00 to 5:00 at their offices on the corner of Hassel and Tryon Streets.
