Vote: ayes, 5; noes, O. <br />The Tax Supervisor recommended the Board approve county-wide aerial <br />photography. The Planning Director stated the need for updated aerial <br />photography. The Register of Deeds said it was her information that HUD <br />will cover half the costs of the aerial photography bids. <br />Commissioner Gustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, <br />to approve the Manager's recommendation to accept the bid of Landmark <br />Engineering ($12,300) for county-wide aerial photography and 15 maps <br />of the Hillsborough area. Commissioner Gustaveson also moved, seconded <br />by Commissioner Barnes, the Finance Director draw up a budget amendment <br />in the amount of the bid. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to <br />accept the Sheriff's recommendation to accept the low bid of Ray Motor <br />Company ($15,7.61.00)for three Ford LTD 351 V-8 automobiles for use by the <br />Sheriff's Department. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, ®. <br />Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to <br />accept the Manager's recommendation to accept the low bid of Ray <br />Motor Company ($15,897) for three Ford Fairmont 200, 6 cylinders, <br />to be used by the Sheriff's Department.
