Vote: ayes, 5; noes,0. <br />For copy of Department of Commerce's letter, see page 27g of <br />this book. , <br />Agenda Ttem 8 A: Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control <br />Financin Aut orit <br />The Chairman asked the Board for nominations to this Authority. <br />The following persons were nominated by Board members: Mr. Shannon Julian <br />Mr. Arthur Estey, Mr. Sandy McClamroch. Mr. Clarence Payne, Mr. Brian <br />Mansfield, Mr. Ernest A. Carl, Ms. Jean McKee, Mr. Doug Harris and Mr. <br />Tom Hawkins. <br />Yates were cast by written ballot and terms of office were <br />decided by drawing names from a hat. Results were as follows: <br />Mr. Brian Mansfield was appointed to a six year term, Mr: Clarence <br />Payne was appointed to a six year term, Mr. Shannon Julian was appointed <br />to a six year term, Mr. Arthur Estey was appointed to a four year term, <br />Ms. Jean McKee was appointed to a four year term, Mr. Tom Hawkins was <br />appointed to a two year term and Mr. Sandy McClamroc(t was appointed to <br />a two year term. <br />Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit,~to <br />adopt sections 4, 5 and 7 of the Resolution Creating the Orange County <br />Industrial Faciliites and Pollution Control Financing Authority. <br />Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0.
