Consideration of additions to the agenda <br />III. Board Comments /Updates <br />Karen Lincoln gave an update on the Joint Public Hearing outcome on drive throughs and related that Michael <br />Harvey had given the presentation on the topic and he advised that one Commissioner was absent and of the six <br />present, three seemed to favor banning them and the other three were leaning toward developing regulations. The <br />Planning Board is discussing it now. She will keep the OUTBoard informed. <br />
