ODD-aooq - 17a 2s <br />Orange High School Renovations <br />Orange County Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to renovate Orange High School. <br />Renovations funded include improvements to the auditorium, science <br />laboratories, tennis courts and athletic fields, flooring replacement in the main <br />gymnasium, construction of an athletic field house, roof replacement, and <br />replacement of field lighting. Proceeds from a private placement loan, 1997 <br />Bond proceeds, transfers from completed projects, and the Schools' share of <br />pay-as-you-go capital funds, finance the project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br />the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3.
