o R~- aocx~ - j ~-~ <br />Transportation Center Expansion 21 <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capita{ project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds for construction of an addition to the <br />transportation center. This ordinance reopens the project and supersedes all previous Transportation <br />Center Expansion Capital Project Ordinances for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City <br />Schools. <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall remain in effect until closed by action of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />Adopted this 17~' day of November 2009. <br />
