Ofd U- x000 ~ f ~ I ~ <br />Athletic Facilities Improvements <br />Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of Gounty Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the foAowing capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds to replace equipment and improve athletic <br />facilities at various schools throughout the District. Proceeds from the Schools' <br />portion of the one-half cent sales taxes, transfers from completed projects and <br />School Capital Reserve, and alternative financing fund this project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br />the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance supersedes all previous Athletic Facilities and Playgrounds <br />Capital Project Ordinances for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools. <br />Section 6. This project now being complete, the Board of County Commissioners declares <br />the project closed effective November 5, 2009. <br />Adopted this 17th day of November 2009. <br />
