The basis for assessment for the local share of <br />the cost of this project shall be the cost to Orange County <br />per linear foot of street frontage, including County adminis- <br />trative expenses and attorney's fees. <br />3. Orange County will assess the total local share <br />according to the basis set out in Number 2 above which local <br />share represents approximately forty-five (45) percent of the <br />total project cost. <br />abeyance. <br />manner: <br />4. The County Manager is directed to determine <br />the costs, including County administrative expenses and attorney' <br />fees and to prepare a Preliminary Assessment Role which will <br />contain a brief description of each ~ ot, parcel or tract of <br />land assessed, the basis for the assessment, the amount <br />assessed against each, the terms of payment, and the name of _ <br />the owner of each lot, parcel or tract as far as this can be <br />determined from the County tax records. <br />This Resolution is effective upon its passage. <br />Thereupon, on motion duly made and seconded this <br />II Resolution was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Richard Whitted, Norman 4Jalker <br />Norman Gustaveson, Anne Barnes and Don Willhoit <br />
