Continue efforts to establish a Teen Health Ceuncil(s) to advise <br />the department of needs and interests of teens. <br />A. Contact guidance counselors at schools to recruit~at least 2 <br />students from each school to the council. <br />B. Encourage male participation on the Council. <br />C. Establish a mechanism for processir~, the needs expressed. <br />
