This has been adopted by all <br /> jurisdictions except Chapel Hill and Orange County (slated for BOCC <br /> consideration 11/5/09). <br /> • PR 3.2 Individual park master plans have been implemented (and park <br /> construction completed) at Efland/Cheeks Community/School Park, Little River <br /> Regional Park and Natural Area, Cedar Grove Park, Eurosport (West Ten) <br /> Soccer Center, and master plans completed for Blackwood Farm Park and <br /> Hollow Rock Access Area (New Hope Preserve). <br /> Services and Facilities <br /> • Annual Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance Report. <br /> • Bioretention at Farmers' Market (Stormwater Management). <br /> • Library Services Strategic Plan. <br /> • Solid Waste Advisory Board report. <br /> Transportation <br /> • American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) grant application for transit <br /> vehicles and Twin Creeks Park Greenway (Authorization to Construct greenway <br /> approved by NCDOT. <br /> • Orange Unified Transportation Board developed work plan. <br /> 4 <br />
