For copy of this memorandum, see page 172 of <br />this book. <br />Agenda Item 19: Meetin Dates <br />The Board requested a meeting with the Board of Carrboro Aldermen <br />on Monday, March 19th, at 7:30 p.m., in the Carrboro Board Room, to <br />discuss recreation, watersheds, OCPC, planning, human relations council, <br />and other items of mutual concern. The Board listed March 21st as <br />an alternate date. <br />In response to OWASA's request, the Board agreed to a joint meeting <br />with OWASA at OWASA's regular meeting time on March 21st, from 12:00 - 2:00. <br />The Board listed March 28th as an alternate date. <br />Agenda Item 22: Minutes <br />Commissioner Willhoit requested the Board adopt a proposal to exchange <br />minutes with other governmental units in Orange County and surrounding <br />area. Clerk is to contact clerks of various boards indicating this Board's <br />desire to exchange minutes regularly and to report response received to <br />the Commissioners. <br />Agenda Ttem 21: Foremat and_Calendar for Pro osed <br />Capita'I~mprovemnts P a~ <br />This item was scheduled for the February 20th meting. <br />Agenda Item 27: Police Firin Ran e <br />This item was scheduled for February 20th meeting. <br />Agenda Item 25: Road Matters <br />Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, the Board <br />approve the addition of Hunters Ridge Road and Turnage Road in Chapel Hill <br />Township; Northtirood Drive, Pebble Court, Hunterhill Road, Groomsbridge <br />Court, Mosswood Court, Autum Lane, Walden Place and IvEy Court in Northwood <br />Subdivision in Chapel Hill Township; Greenfield Road in Bingham Township; <br />and Turkey Run Road and Turkey Run Court in Turkey Run Subdivision in <br />Chapel Hill Township to the State road system. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br />
