Collins responded no, since this would'be applicable in <br />the 10 and 20 Year Transition areas and the activity nodes. <br />Pilkey inquired as to the time element involved in the additional <br />provisions. Collins responded that under the ordinance, landscaping must be in <br />place before a certificate of occupancy is issued or'the owner must post bond <br />if he wishes to occupy the structure before installation of landscaping. The <br />Public Searing on this item was adjourned to February 21, 1984 Commissioners <br />meeting. <br />Proposed Updated Building Ordinance for Orange County. <br />The purpose of this agenda items is to provide information to the Board of <br />County Commissioners regarding a public hearing proposed.foe February 27, 1964, <br />for the purpose of considering the adoption of an updated-Building Ordinance <br />for Orange County. <br />Willhoit proposed changing the word adoption in the first paragraph of the <br />notice to amendment. In paragraph four, he suggested including wording that <br />the copies of the text of the proposed ordinance will also be available in the <br />public libraries of Orange County.
