Where• this <br />area is wooded at the time of the proposed construction, it shall remain <br />in its natural state; where it is not wooded, although it may have <br />significant trees,,landscaping shall be in accordance with an approved <br />plan which considers the growth and maturity of existing trees, the policy <br />of fostering wooded areas in the buffer.,and other landscaping factors. <br />Within the buffer areas, necessary ingress, egress and utility service <br />may be a lowed, but no other disturbance For site improvement shall <br />be permuted. <br />Buildingi setback and required yard areas for the district are as follows: <br />a) The front yard requirement shall be Fifty (50) feet where the <br />frontlyard is adjacent to an intersecting road at a interchange <br />and o e hundred (100) feet where the front yard is adjacent to <br />an interstate highway. <br />
