Enclosure (1) indicates that an act of desecration of the Flag of the United <br />States of America occurred on the campus of the.Univers%ty~of Nartfi Carolina at - <br />Chapel Hill on Friday, January 26, 1979. <br />2. We represent veterans of WWI, WWII, the Korean War, and the 'Vietnam Conflict <br />who are proud of their service in defense of. that Flag and in defense of the <br />America for which that Flag stands. <br />3.
