Secretarial support (including supplies) to type <br />minutes of meetings, assist with mailing, copying and <br />correspondence. Mailing privileges will be provided through <br />the County's onstage meter; <br />B. Staff time to facilitate communication, scheduling <br />of persons to be in attendance and collection of requested <br />information; <br />C. Members will not be paid for their services. <br />However, with the prior approval of the Orange County Finance <br />Officer they will be reimbursed for special travel expenses, <br />meals and reasonable incidental expenses incurred in performing <br />their duties. <br />D. As special needs occur, requests for funding <br />and staffing may be made to the Board of Commissioners of Orange <br />County. <br />Section VIII. it is not contemplated that the COMMISSION will <br />awn any real estate or any tangible personal property o~ <br />consequence. Orange County hereby reserves all rights to the <br />work product of the COMASISSTON. <br />Section IX. The Orange County Board of Commissioners hereby <br />recognizes the importance of and need for the work to be <br />performed by the ORANGE COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES ADVISORY <br />COMMISSION and bl' this resolution solicits endorsement and <br />support of the COMMISSION by each unit of local government with <br />in Orange County in the form of a resolution adopted by each <br />Town Board. <br />Section X. This resolution shall take effect upon its passage. <br />Commissioner Norman ~ustaveson moved passage of the <br />foregoing resolution and Cammissivner Don!Jillhoit <br />seconded the motion.
