The amount to be financed by Orange County is estimated to be $24,000.00, including costs and attorney's fees. Approximately 55$ of the cost of paving the above roads will be borne by the ]department of Transportation of the State of North Carolina. 2. The basis far assessment for the local share of the cost of this project shall be the cost to Orange County j per linear foot of street frontage, including County admianistra- I five expenses and attorney's fees.
