3 <br />3. It is staffs opinion that the Planning Board recommendation constitutes a modification to <br />the Upper Eno Critical Watershed Overlay District boundary line, which was not <br />advertised as part of the public hearing. <br />4. Any request for development through a rezoning application is determined through the <br />legislative process. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: This request has been reviewed by various County departments who <br />have determined the approval of the request will not create the need for additional funding for <br />the provision of County services. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Interim Manager recommends the Board: <br />Receive the Planning Board recommendation. <br />2. Deliberate on the petition as necessary <br />3. Close the Public Hearing,- <br />4. Adopt the Ordinance amendment recommended by staff contained within Attachment <br />Two (Z) of this abstract. <br />
