<br />adapt the Planni.•ng Board's recommendation to amend page 19, "Storm
<br />;Dater Management", Section V-B-1:6, to read as follows:

<br />encourage reliance on natural drainage for th@ removal of runoff by preventing
<br />their impoundment, except where there may be a site for intentional storm
