~~~ <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RE50LVED: ' <br />That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, PJorth <br />Carolina hereby authorizes the submission of an application for a State <br />Grant under the Clean Water Bond Act of 1971 as amended for a waste water <br />Collection system and water supply system; and, <br />That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North <br />Carolina has substantially complied or will substantial 1y comply with all. <br />Federal, State and local laws, rules, regulations or ordinances applicable <br />to the proposed project; and, <br />That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North Carolina <br />~ _ will arrange financing far its share of costs of the project if approved for <br />a grant award; and, <br />That the Board of County Commissioners for Orange County, North Carolina <br />will designate S. M.
