Agenda Item 18: Report_on Erosion Control Measures at Stagecoach Run 5u division ~' ~- The Erosion Control Officer reported the owner had satisfactorily - completed all necessary work to bring this site into compliance with the ordinanr. He. said since Mr. Davis has. cooperated and there has been little damage to other properties, he recommended rescinding the demand for civil penalties. Commissioner ~ustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to adopt the Erosion Control Officer's recommendation to rescind the civil penalty of $1O a day for 55 days for noncompliance with the Erosion Control Ordinance.
