He said the <br />subdivision previously received preliminary approval on April 4, 1977 but this <br />approval had since expired. <br />Commissioner tdillhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner !Jhitted, to adopt <br />the Planning 4oard's'recommendation to approve the preliminary plat of Lockridge <br />Community, Section B. Vote: ayes, 5; noes, ~. <br />Commissioner !Talker left the meeting at this time. <br />Agenda Item 18: Report_on Erosion Control Measures at <br />Stagecoach Run 5u division ~' <br />~- <br />The Erosion Control Officer reported the owner had satisfactorily - <br />completed all necessary work to bring this site into compliance with the ordinanr. <br />He. said since Mr. Davis has. cooperated and there has been little damage to <br />other properties, he recommended rescinding the demand for civil penalties. <br />Commissioner ~ustaveson moved, seconded by Commissioner Barnes, to <br />adopt the Erosion Control Officer's recommendation to rescind the civil penalty <br />of $1O a day for 55 days for noncompliance with the Erosion Control Ordinance. <br />Vote: ayes, 4; noes, ~. <br />-10- <br />
