~~P- aoo~- l~5 2s <br />Central Elementary Renovations <br />Orange County Schools <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1.The project authorized provides funds to replace a cooling tower, renovate present <br />space adjacent to the media center for a computer laboratory and a video station as <br />well as the production and work areas of the media center. This ordinance shall remain in effect until closed by action of the Board of County <br />Commissioners. <br />Adopted this 5th day of November 2009. <br />
