Orange County Personnel Rules and Regulations Manual Issue Date: 10/21/09 2 5 <br />(1) Conducts an interview with the employee or applicant as <br />necessary. <br />(2) Reviews the employee's or applicant's medical history as <br />necessary. <br />(3) Reviews all medical records made available by the employee <br />or applicant when a confirmed positive test could have resulted <br />from a legally prescribed medication. <br />c. Determines if the test is positive, negative, cancelled or requires a <br />retest.. <br />d. Following review of the test results, reports test results to the <br />authorized County representative in the Human Resource Department. <br />This Section of the Rules and Regulations will become effective upon signing of this <br />document. I direct that the Human Resource Department provide notification to all <br />affected employees of the changes to the policy. <br />Adopted this the day of October 2009. <br />Frank W.
