752 <br />,Section 2. In compliance with Section 159C-4(a) of the Act, <br />the Board of Commissioners hereby directs the Clerk to file with the <br />Department of Commerce of the State of North Carolina and the Local <br />Government Commission of the State of North Carolina notice of its <br />intention to adopt a resolution creating the Authority, which notice <br />sha11 be in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT A. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall take effect upon its passage. <br />Commissioner Pinney moved passage of the foregoing resolution <br />entitled: "RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENTION OF <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO CREATE AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND POLLUTION <br />CONTROL FINANCING AUTHORITY" and Commissioner Norman Gustaveson seconded <br />the motion, and the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: Commissioners Richard Whitted, Norman Gustaveson, Jan Pinney, <br />Donald Willhoit and Norman Walker. <br />Noes: None. <br />I, Mary Lou Bouley, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners for the <br />County of Orange, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />
