Orange County, in approving the request of <br />CYiapel Hi11 as herein provided, does so in further recognition of <br />the Town's intention to amend its Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map <br />to accomodate the, need within the extended area for zoning <br />regulations which permit mobile homes on individual lats as now <br />permitted in the County Zoning Ordinance and Land Use Map; which <br />permit mobile home parks aftez application and receipt by the <br />park developer of a special use permit; and which permit mok~ile <br />home parks presently existing in the extended area to continue <br />to exist and operate under the zoning rules and regulations <br />presently in effect in the County's Zoning Regulations_ <br />Section V2.
