Members of consultants will not be paid for their <br />services, however, with the approval of the Orange County Finance <br />Officer they will be reimbursed for travel, expanses, meals and <br />reasonable incidental expenses incurred in performing their <br />duties. <br />Section VIII. It is not contemplated that the COUNCIL will own <br />any real estate or any tangible personal property of consequence. <br />Orange County hereby reserves all rights to the work product <br />of the COUNCIL. <br />Section IX.
