2 <br />$350,000 estimate. Economic Development staff is investigating additional grant opportunities <br />that may supplement the kitchen equipment budget as well. The architect will be asked to <br />provide a program which allows the Center's infrastructure to be fully functional at opening, but <br />may provide for a phasing of equipment purchases if additional grant funds cannot be secured <br />in the near-term. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends the Board approve a contract with <br />Corley Redfoot Zack for architectural services associated with the Piedmont Food and <br />Agricultural Processing Center and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf of the Board. <br />
