Parking and <br />landscaping will be designed to meet the Town of Hillsborough's zoning <br />requirements. <br />The existiung one-story pre-engineered metal building, formerly the Orange <br />Enterprise Facility, will be.renovated to accommodate the programmatic <br />and budgetary constraint of the Piedmont Food & Agricultural Processing <br />Center. Major renovations to the building include adding a wet and dry <br />kitchen and a shipping and receiving area with a wash line easily <br />accessible to the loading dock area.
