Provide a description of the wellness program being proposed for consideration <br />for the grant. <br />Orange County Tobacco Free/Great American Smoke-Out <br />The Orange County Tobacco Cessation Program with be launched in November 2009 in <br />conjunction with the Great American Smoke-out and will continue throughout the year. Semi- <br />permanent Quit Stations will be set up at various locations around the County (to ensure <br />widespread accessibility) with special focus on departments known to have the most tobacco <br />users. Tobacco cessation information and brochures, NC QuitLine referral cards, commitMlNTs <br />(to ease oral fixation habit), pledge cards, information on Cigna discounts on tobacco cessation <br />tools (e.g. nicotine gum, patches), eye-catching posters, etc. will be included at each of station <br />and replenished as needed. <br />n <br />NCACC Risk Management: 215 N.
