25 <br />1 A motion was made by Commissioner Jacobs, seconded by Commissioner Hemminger <br />2 to appoint Antonia Pedroza to an At-Large position with a term expiring June 30, 2012, and <br />3 Richard Perry to a partial term ending June 30, 2010. <br />4 VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />5 <br />6 d.
