e) Evidence that the applicant has investigated the possibilities of <br />placing the proposed equipment on an existing teweF wireless suppo <br />structure. Such evidence shall consist of <br />1) A listing of all telecommunications towers wireless support <br />structure within a X21 mile radius of the proposed teweF <br />wireless support structure site and a listing of all #ewers -wire) <br />support structure, utility poles and other structures in the vicinity of <br />the proposed *facility that are technically feasible for utilization by <br />the applicant to fill all or a substantial portion of the <br />telecommunications service need identified by the Applicant <br />pursuant to Subsection 6.18.4. d)(10). Documents shall be <br />submitted at the time 'of application filing that indicates the <br />applicant's ability or inability to co- locate on the identified tower(s) <br />and reasons why. <br />2) Delineation of the boundaries of the maximum search age dM <br />within which the telecommunication equipment can function as <br />intended. The following information shall be provided for all <br />existing to" ;wireless support structures within the search <br />a) Telecommunication teweF wireless support structure <br />height_-, as measui:ed -f-rem the base efthe tweF tG R"e <br />highest point the , <br />b) Existing and planned tewe wireless support structure <br />users; <br />c) Whether the existing telecommunication tewe� wireles <br />support structure could accommodate the <br />telecommunication equipment to be attached to the <br />proposed toweF wireless support structure without causing <br />structural instability or radio frequency interference; and <br />d) If the proposed telecommunication equipment cannot be <br />accommodated on the existing telecommunication teweF <br />wireless support structure, assess whether the existing <br />tower wireless support structure could be structurally <br />strengthened or whether the antennas transmitters and <br />related equipment could be protected from electromagnetic <br />interference, and generally describe the means and <br />projected cost of shared use of the existing #ewef ss <br />support structure; and <br />e) any restrictions or limitations of the FCC or FAA that would <br />preclude the shared use of the tewe wireless support <br />and <br />f) any additional information requested by the County. <br />
