9 <br />Mixed Use. Land located in azeas served or to be served by public water and sewer where a mix <br />of residential, commercial, and light industrial uses are appropriate. Residential uses within <br />Mixed Use azeas should be have a minimum density of six (6) units per acre. <br />The following are recommendations pertaining to land use.
