Ct~MMrSSIC31y _F`Ca-R'T'IHE EY~,IV~RC)1411~1~~1'T' ;-.. ~,_ <br />MEMORANDUM <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />From: Commission for the Environment <br />Date: August 18, 2009 <br />Subject: Biosolids Forum Proposal <br />At the August 17 Commission for the Environment meeting, the Commission added <br />an agenda item to discuss the recently-received August 18 Board of Commissioners <br />agenda item entitled "Land Application of Biosolids Regional Forum 2009." <br />With regard to this proposed agenda item, the Commission unanimously adopted <br />the following statement: <br />1. The Commission for the Environment recommends that the Board of <br />Commissioners reserve the funding for the proposed biosolids research study, <br />.pending further discussion of the topic. <br />2.
