Your points will be considered in the formulation of final <br />determinations with regards to'this permit. Please note that the written comment period <br />vVas extended and ends May 30, 2008. You may email additional comments to <br />Ed..HardeeC~ncmail.net. <br />Regarding the concerns related to Gounry input into permitting and compliance, there <br />have been Borne discussions between Jay Zimmerman of our Raleigh Regional Office and <br />Tom Konsler with the Orange County Environmental Health Department on entering into <br />a Memorandum of Agreement. This would provide the County with additional input into <br />permitting and compliance. The Board of Commissioners may want to carisider this <br />option.
