It is generally full all of the time. <br />Duke Hospital is nearby. The park is different than most of the other communities in this survey. It has paved roads, large lots, and plenty of <br />room for emergency vehicles to maneuver. It has many amenities: a playground, common area, <br />sidewalks, and secure mailboxes. The park is fairly large with 114 lots. Most of the lots are full and <br />occupied — there are only three vacant units in the park. This park would be a good site for public investment except that is in a <br />location where it probably has a much higher use. The park has some paved roads. It lacks adequate <br />parking or turnaround capacity for emergency vehicles. These are functions that would immediately <br />enhance its value. It is already almost entirely rented out. <br />Park AAA - 5, Chapel Hill. This park is in the bottom tier of parks, but only because it is lacking in <br />amenities. The roads are gravel and there is not enough room for emergency vehicles to turn around. <br />Nevertheless, under a rezoning, the site would be suitable for redevelopment. <br />5 <br />
