Program Director walked clients to bank to establish accounts. As a result of IDA program, 8 individuals opened a savings account. Orange County Dept. of Housing and Orange County has contracted with The Community Development Women's Center to administer the Individual Development Account (IDA) program which helps low- and middle - income, first -time homebuyers to purchase homes in Orange County. Grant ended 1/09. Triangle Family Services Refer clients beyond our program offerings (i.e. debt management plans, bankruptcy, foreclosure counseling). EmPOWERment, Inc.
