Program Director walked <br />clients to bank to establish accounts. As a result <br />of IDA program, 8 individuals opened a savings <br />account. <br />Orange County Dept. of Housing and <br />Orange County has contracted with The <br />Community Development <br />Women's Center to administer the Individual <br />Development Account (IDA) program which <br />helps low- and middle - income, first -time <br />homebuyers to purchase homes in Orange <br />County. Grant ended 1/09. <br />Triangle Family Services <br />Refer clients beyond our program offerings (i.e. <br />debt management plans, bankruptcy, foreclosure <br />counseling). <br />EmPOWERment, Inc. <br />Partner on Affordable Housing Alliance, which <br />brings together agencies who work on affordable <br />housing issues in order to collaborate, improve <br />program effectiveness, and expand outreach to <br />those in need of affordable housing in our <br />community. <br />Habitat for Humanity <br />Partner on Affordable Housing Alliance, which <br />brings together agencies who work on affordable <br />M <br />
