Brad Broadwell said that one out of six is not bad in this business. He said that his <br /> department does not have the tools necessary at this point to begin playing this game of <br /> attracting economic development. <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz asked if Buckhorn was going to be viable for retail in the short- <br /> term and Brad Broadwell said that it would not be viable for two years for a retail complex. <br /> Commissioner Yuhasz asked what the County could do to keep this project viable and <br /> Brad Broadwell said that there is still growth in the area and developers need to see that there <br /> are still opportunities. <br /> Commissioner Nelson left at 10:28 PM. <br /> 8.
