Commissioner Pelissier said that she is thrilled to see this outline because she wants <br /> to see the comprehensive plan implemented. She thinks that the three major steps are a great <br /> sequence. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Hemminger, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Pelissier to authorize Planning Staff to proceed with processes as proposed in Sections 1, 2, <br /> and 3. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Commissioner Gordon said that she thinks this is too ambitious and she thinks it <br /> should come back to the Board to determine priorities. <br /> Commissioner Nelson said that it is too ambitious but this can be determined in a <br /> couple of months with the staff situation. <br /> Frank Clifton said that staff may come back and say they cannot do it and they may <br /> want to contract some of it out, but he will keep the Board informed. <br /> ADJOURNMENT: <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Hemminger to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 PM. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Valerie Foushee, Chair <br /> Donna S.
