• iJ <br />DRIVE- THROUGHS <br />Data and Correspondence <br />When researching drive-through restrictions and prohibitions, the following <br />jurisdictions are commonly cited as either prohibiting or limiting drive - through <br />facilities. Staff reviewed each jurisdictions' zoning regulations and summarized <br />the findings in the attached table, entitled "Drive- Throughs: Prohibited or <br />Permitted ". In addition, several jurisdictions were contacted to confirm their <br />drive- through regulations and inquire as to the economic impacts of their drive - <br />through limitations. Staff contacted Planning and Community Development <br />Directors or City Managers for jurisdictions that did not have economic <br />development departments or staff.
