Suggested Changes to the BOCC DRAFT Meeting <br />Calendar for 2010 <br />The following are suggested changes from Commissioner Gordon to <br />the draft calendar: (THESE HAVE NOT BEEN ADDED TO <br />CALENDAR UNTIL APPROVED) <br />• Suggestion to change the location of the January 28t" work <br />session from Hillsborough to Chapel Hill (Southern Human <br />Services Center) to help balance the number of meetings in <br />Hillsborough and Chapel Hill <br />• Move meetings: Primary Election Day (May 4t") to May 6t" <br />Thursday) and Election Day (November 2nd) to November 4tn <br />(Thursday) <br />• It has been suggested that there are too many meetings in April <br />- the Joint meetings (Schools and JPA) have already been confirmed <br />and cannot be moved; the Board may want to move the attorney's <br />evaluation (April 22nd) back to the 4t" week in March -Tuesday, <br />March 23rd <br />Additional suggested closed sessions for Manager's evaluation: <br />(THESE HAVE NOT BEEN ADDED TO CALENDAR UNTIL <br />APPROVED) <br />• January 26t" (7:OOpm) <br />• October 7t" (7:OOpm) <br />
