6 <br />. ~.~ _" ;~~ Orange Unified Transportation Boar <br />PO Box 818T <br />Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br />Memorandum <br />Date: September 16, 2009 <br />To: Orange County Board of County Commissioners <br />From; Sam Lasris, Chair <br />Orange Unified Transportation Board <br />Subject; Recommendations Regarding Reappointments to the <br />Orange Unified Transportation Board <br />At its meeting on September 16, 2009, the Orange Unified Transportation <br />Board (OUTBoard) voted unanimously to recommend that the Board of <br />County Commissioners reappoint Nancy Baker as Pedestrian Safety and <br />Access Advocate, Paul Guthrie as Chapel Hill Township Representative, <br />Randy Marshall as Bingham Township Representative and Bryn Smith as <br />Commission for the Environment Representative to serve 3-year terms <br />beginning October 1, 2009, and ending September 30, 2012. Mrs. Baker, <br />Mr. Guthrie, Mr. Marshall and Mrs. Smith have agreed to continue serving on <br />the OUTBoard. <br />Little River Township Representative Ms. Karen Barrows, because of other <br />commitments, has requested that the Board of County Commissioners not <br />reappoint her for another term. <br />
