FY 2009-10 Personnel Ordinance Changes <br /> The Board considered approving Personnel Ordinance changes for FY <br /> 2009-10. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Jacobs to approve the Personnel Ordinance changes. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br /> Laura Blackmon said that they have been using the terminology of <br /> "voluntary unpaid leave" in discussions, but in the ordinance, they are using the <br /> terminology of "furlough".
