Additions or Changes to the Agenda <br /> Commissioner Foushee reviewed the documents at their places: <br /> - Updated water supply report (aqua) <br /> - Revised item 4-v, Encroachment Agreement for Sidewalk <br /> Construction Associated with Justice Facility Project (light blue) <br /> - Response to item 6-a, Approval of Fiscal Year 2009-10 Budget <br /> Ordinance, Capital Project Ordinances, and Grant Project <br /> Ordinances (mauve) <br /> - Two memos from Commissioner Gordon regarding item 6-2-c, Solid <br /> Waste Transfer Station Site Search Process — Millhouse Road <br /> Suggestion (lime green and bright yellow) <br /> - Letter from the County Attorney in reference to the Chair's request <br /> on item 4-r, Lease Renewal — Bradshaw Quarry Solid Waste <br /> Convenience Center. <br /> Chair Foushee recognized County Manager Laura Blackmon for her <br /> service to Orange County and said that this is her last official meeting. On <br /> behalf of the Board of Commissioners, she thanked Laura Blackmon for her <br /> hard work and wished her well. <br /> PUBLIC CHARGE <br /> The Chair dispensed with the reading of the public charge. <br />
