E~RD - ado~r - I35 <br />~~P r°v e d ~- ~ 8'-v ~i 12l <br />Attachment 5 1I r <br />County Telephone System Replacement <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following <br />capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project provides funds to replace the County's telephone system and <br />provide for network upgrades. Proceeds from debt financing will finance <br />the project. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County.are hereby directed to proceed with the project <br />within the budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. This ordinance, originally adopted on August 18, 2009, shall be in effect <br />until June 30, 2010. <br />Adopted this 18th day of August 2009. <br />
