At this meeting the actions to be approved by the Board are given in a <br />series of attachments. <br />Attachment 1: Resolution of Intent to Adopt the 2009-10 Orange County <br />Budget <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson,. seconded by <br />Commissioner Hemminger to approve the Resolution of Intent to Adopt the <br />2009-10 Orange County Budget. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Attachment 2: Exchanges To Allow for Increased Funding for Library <br />Services <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hemminger to approve Exchanges To Allow for Increased <br />Funding for Library Services. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Attachment 3 - FY 2009-10 Budget Ordinance <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hemminger to approve the FY 2009-10 Budget Ordinance. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Attachment 4 -0range County Capital Project Ordinances <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hemminger to approve the Orange County Capital Project <br />Ordinances. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Attachment 5 -Orange County Grant Project Ordinances <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hemminger to approve the Orange County Grant Project <br />Ordinances. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Attachment 6 - FY 2009-10 County Fee Schedule <br />Commissioner Gordon said that the Board should approve the item and <br />direct the staff to review the fee schedules in place five years or more, beginning <br />with the fees in place for the longest time. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Gordon to approve the FY 2009-10 County Fee Schedule with the <br />amendment that the staff will review the fee schedules in place five years or <br />more, beginning with the fees in place for the longest time. <br />Commissioner Jacobs asked if the County Commissioners have seen all <br />of the fees before tonight and Donna Coffey said yes. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
