15 <br />Attachment 2h <br />Orange Enterprises <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project <br />ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the construction a facility which will be <br />used to house Orange Enterprises. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />total budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project. <br /> FY 2007/08 Amendment FY2008/09 <br />Alternative Financin $525,000 $525,000 <br />Transfer from General Fd 310,500 $2,379 312,879 <br />Total $835,500 $2,379 $837,879 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project. <br /> FY 2007/08 Amendment FY2008/09 <br />Professional Services $50,000 $50,000 <br />Construction 675,000 $2,379 677,379 <br />Land ~ Associated Fees 100,000 100,000 <br />Transfer to General Fund 10,500 10,500 <br />Total $835,500 $2,379 $837,879 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes any previous Capital Project Ordinances for this project. <br />Section 6. The project now being complete the Board of County Commissioners declares the <br />project closed effective July 1, 2009. <br />Adopted this 16th day of June 2009. <br />
