14 <br />Attachment 2g <br />Durham Technical Community College <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project <br />ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized provides funds for the construction of the Durham Technical <br />Community College satellite campus in Orange County. This amendment provides <br />additional funds from interest earnings of the County Capital Project Fund for <br />expenditures for a parking lot in place grant funds which were not available. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />total budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project. <br /> FY 2007/08 Amendment FY2008/09 <br />Alternative Financin $4,588,000 $4,588,000 <br />Interest Earnin s 20,020 20,020 <br />Total $4,588,000 20,020 $4,608,020 <br />Section 4. This ordinance supersedes any previous Capital Project Ordinances. for this project. <br />Section 6. The project now being complete the Board of County Commissioners declares the <br />project closed effective July 1, 2009. <br />Adopted this 16'h day of June 2009. <br />
