10 <br />Attachment 2c <br />Smith Middle School Campus <br />Chapel Hill Carrboro School System <br />Capital Project Ordinance <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to <br />Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statues of North Carolina, the following capital <br />project ordinance is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 5 <br />Section 6 <br />The project authorized provides funds for construction at the Smith Middle School <br />Campus. <br />The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the budget <br />contained herein. <br />The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Through <br />FY 2007-08 FY 2008-09 Through <br />FY 2008-09 <br />1997 Bonds $19,420,000 $19,420,000 <br />School Im act Fees $395,474 $395,474 <br />Total Fundin $19,420,000 $395,474 $19,815,474 <br />The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br /> Through <br />FY 2007-08 FY 2008-09 Through <br />FY 2008-09 <br />Construction $19,040,000 $395,474 $19,435,474 <br />Other 380,000 380,000 <br />Total Fundin $19,420,000 $19,815,474 <br />This ordinance supersedes previous Project Ordinances for this project. <br />The project now being complete the Board of County Commissioners declares the <br />project closed effective July 1, 2009. <br />Adopted this 16th day of June 2009 <br />
