FY 2009-10 Personnel Ordinance Changes <br />The Board considered approving Personnel Ordinance changes for FY <br />2009-10. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Nelson, seconded by <br />Commissioner Jacobs to approve the Personnel Ordinance changes. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Laura Blackmon said that they have been using the terminology of <br />"voluntary unpaid leave" in discussions, but in the ordinance, they are using the <br />terminology of "furlough".
